I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the location was a bit noisy due to a nearby shooting incident. The dining options were good, but the service was somewhat inexperienced. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives and negatives.
The hotel offered excellent rooms with dark and stuffy areas but a very good parking situation. The service was a mix of showing its age but with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, needing a major renovation, but perfect for traveling throughout Tempe, Phoenix, and Mesa. The dining options varied from horrible microwaved sandwiches to tasty surprises. The facilities were well-equipped.
I found the hotel a bit lacking in some areas but overall, it was a decent stay. The rooms, although kind of old, were comfortable and had good space. The service I received was a bit mixed with unhelpful staff but efficient responses. The location was perfect for my work's holiday party but far from the front of the hotel. The dining options were a bit overpriced for what you get.
